This mini-course introduces participants to nutrition concepts as they relate to following a plant-based diet. Participants will learn about the disease-fighting benefits of plant foods and understand the impact that consuming a plant-based diet has on health.
You will learn about a variety of plant foods that encourage a balanced, plant-based diet. Additionally, you will create strategies for including more plant foods in your diet.
